After suffering an adverse order dated 27.2.2015 passed by the District Registrar (Administration), the petitioner preferred an appeal to the respondent on 12.8.2015. As the said appeal has not been disposed of till now, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the respondent, the respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 12.8.2015 preferred by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
