This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11842 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of six weeks.
