ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the the records of the first respondent in its undated amendment in eligibility criteria under Point 6.1 of its Information Bulletin for CTET 2018 as uploaded on its official website, insofar as it fails to permit the B.Ed. Degree holders such as the petitioner who had not applied for Paper II in CTET 2018 and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to apply for Paper I in CTET 2018 and further take such examination and upon clearing the same issue CTET Certificate for Paper I to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel 2/4
appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner cleared all the examination conducted by the first respondent. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in the writ petition.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that all the examinations conducted by the first respondent were cleared by the petitioner, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.
