Crl.M.P.No.8101 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7392 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7392 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that the petitioners have been complied the condition imposed by this Court and the investigation is almost completed.

3. In the light of the above fact, the petition for relaxation is allowed.

However, the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
