The Decree Holders in E.P.No.3 of 2014 in O.S.No.139 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Executing Court to dispose of the Execution Petition within a stipulated time.

Mr.P. Subba Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, submitted that pursuant to the decree passed in the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, the Decree

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, I direct the Sub Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.3 of 2014 in O.S.No.139 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
