This Criminal Revision Petition filed under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to setaside the order passed in C.M.P.No.285 of 2012 in M.C.No.83 of 2000 dated 20.12.2013 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Both the counsel for the Revision Petitioner and the counsel for the Respondent present. The counsel for the petitioner represented that since the respondent had been again set exparte in the main case, the present Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous and he is not pressing the same and also made an endorsement to that effect.
