Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2014 to take action against the fifth respondent for his illegal action demanding exorbitant interest from the petitioner.

3.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent is charging exorbitant interest. If that is the case, the petitioner has to approach the respondent police and file a police complaint under the provisions of the relevant act and if the respondent has not registered the case, then the petitioner has to work out his remedy under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. 4.Hence, no writ of mandamus as sought for in this petition can be granted. This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
