ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Dhanapal, the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police and a suit between the petitioner and the defacto complainant is also pending.

4. Hence, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police in connection with the above case.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
