ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 420, 506(ii) and 376 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.16 of 2020. He would also submit that the petitioner has surrendered and he has been remanded to judicial custody.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.
