The learned counsel for the petitioner contented that the M.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar has been dismissed for default on 06.12.2017 and since nothing survives for further adjudication, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He also made on endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
