ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on the complaint given by one Devaraj, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.67 of 2015 against the petitioner.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
