This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2016 pending in CSR.No.320 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294, 323, 324, 325, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC and to expedite the investigation and file a final report before the appropriate Court within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Crime.No.519 of 2016 has been registered on 17.08.2016 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
