[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Shalini, aged about 171⁄2 years, before this Court, from the custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over her custody to him.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue viz., Shalini was secured and produced before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajahpet on 06.09.2021. Recording the aforesaid submission of both sides, this petition is closed.
