C.M.P.No.11741 of 2020 in S.A.No.945 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 5 in S.A.No.945 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent have no objection for the petition being ordered and accordingly the same is ordered.

3. The Registry shall carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 28.04.2021 for arguments.
