The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to release the material Vermiculite which was seized from the petitioner by the 1st respondent and the same was kept in the second respondent Police Station which was seized on 18.02.2014 on such terms and conditions as may deem fit and proper.
