ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Complaint pending in D.V.A.No. 16 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Erode.

Ms.D.Jagajothi, learned Counsel for the revision petitioners and Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned Counsel for the sole respondent are before this Court.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.D.Jagajothi, learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected CMP. Nos.12205 & 12216 of 2023 are closed. No costs.
