The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the case in I.A.No.319 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Salem and transfer the same to the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.378 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent present.

3.I.A.No.319 of 2019 has been filed by the respondent herein seeking to permit him to file the petition for divorce within one year from the date of marriage. It is an admitted fact that since unnumbered H.M.O.P. of 2020 has been numbered nothing survives for adjudication in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
