It is not in dispute between the parties that a civil suit instituted is pending before the Competent Civil Court of Law in O.S.No.60 of 2013, which is sub judiced before the District Munsif Court, Pochampalli,

2. Thus, the parties are at liberty to adjudicate the issues in the Civil Suit instituted and after resolving the issues between them they are at liberty to approach the competent authority.
