ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.650 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 07.01.2025.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
