This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.61 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, a final report was filed before the Court below. Since, it was barred under Section 468 Cr.P.C., the final report itself was closed by order dated 23.06.2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
