This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in crime No.11 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the entire investigation in crime No.11 of 2024 has been transferred from the file of the first respondent to the file of the Economic Offences Wing, Tiruppur.

When this Court is about to dismiss this criminal original petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Inspector of Police, Economic Offenes Wing, Tiruppur is directed to complete the investigation in the aforesaid case and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
