2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 16.10.2020 and that some inadvertent mistake has crept in the original order. He would submit though the crime number and year has been correctly stated in the petition, whereas it has been wrongly reflected in the original order copy as Crime No.297 of 2020 instead Crime No.297 of 2019. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission, the crime number in Crl.O.P.No.16488 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 shall be corrected as "Crime No.297 of 2019" instead of Crime No.297 of 2020 where ever necessary.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy. Time to surrender is extended by one week from today.
