ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.372 of 2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not co-operating even for recording the statement.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that the defacto complainant is ready to co-operate for the investigation.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Investigating Officer for conducting investigation and the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report. 2/4
