The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the General Body Meeting to be held on 06.04.2014 of the petitioner's Society on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the second respondent on 20.03.2014.
