J U D G M E N T

As noted down earlier on 19.12.2016, this Court had deleted the defendants 1,3 and 4 by an Order in Application No.1627 of 2011, dated 16.12.2011. However, the amendment has not been carried out in the plaint. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal"on 03.01.2017. When the matter was listed on 03.01.2017, time was granted and the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2017. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the plaintiff. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default.
