JUDGMENT

When this appeal came up for hearing on 20.10.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant by 17.11.2021, failing which, the appeal suit will stand abated. On 30.11.2021, it was represented that the learned counsel for the respondent died and the matter was directed to be posted on 17.12.2021. On 17.12.2021, there was no representation for the appellant and the matter was posted to 23.12.2021 for taking steps for the appellant.

2. Today the learned counsel for the appellant is present. However, till now, steps not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
