ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.12.2023.

2. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, aggrieved over the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 18.12.2023 before the 1st respondent, requesting for removal of the name of the 3rd respondent in patta no.203 and issuance fresh patta in favour of petitioner. However, the said appeal was not at all considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 18.12.2023 and after issuing due notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
