On 24.3.2015 the petitioner made a representation to the respondents stating that despite the legal notice issued by the petitioner on 28.12.2011, no steps have been taken by the respondents to restore his allotment and register a sale deed in favour of the petitioner with respect to plot under LIG II bearing No.1430. As no orders were passed on the said representation, though acknowledged by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the representation of the petitioner dated 24.3.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
