This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2026 and consequently issue orders of special grade from 10.11.2013 along with service benefits and pension in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2026 and consequently issue orders of special grade from 10.11.2013 along with service benefits and pension in accordance with law."

2. The petitioner was appointed as Assistant in Khadhi Village Board on 18.11.1993. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred to Industrial and Commerce Department on 02.02.2011. The case of the petitioner is that she has rendered more than 20 years of service and therefore she is eligible for special grade. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner made a representation on 18.03.2026. Since there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2026 has not been considered to date, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
