ORDER

The petitioners have come up with this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Principal District Munsit at Alandur to number the application in

I.A.Sr.No.3458 of 2016 and dispose of the same on merits as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since the petitioners have taken up a contention that the trial Court failed to number the application and kept the matter pending, I have called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur.

3. The learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, in her communication dated 11.11.2016, submitted that the application was recently numbered as I.A.No.1108 of 2016 and notice was issued to the respondents returnable by 25.11.2016.

4. In view of the report submitted by the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, numbering the application filed by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. The learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1108 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
