(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Seeking extension of leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the mother of the convict is undergoing treatment for heart problem, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted till 24.10.2020 subject to the same conditions imposed in the earlier order. The convict shall return to the prison on 24.10.2020 at 5.00 p.m.

We make it clear that no further extension will be granted. The miscellaneous petition stands ordered accordingly.

Post 'for reporting compliance' on 28.10.2020.
