O R D E R This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.388 of 2007, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.388 of 2007, was disposed of on merits after trial. He has also produced the copy of the order dated 14.09.2017, passed in C.C.No.388 of 2007, by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

3.In view of the fact that the case in C.C.No.388 of 2007 itself was disposed of, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
