The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Second Respondent to consider the application dated 20.4.2015 made by the Petitioner for grant license for running Private Security Agency and pass final orders on the same within the time stipulated by this Court after providing due opportunity to the Petitioner. 2.Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the application made by the Petitioner's renewal license has been rejected by order Rc. No. 086234/Con.IV(2)/2015 dated 25.06.2019 passed by the Inspector General of Police and copy of that order has been placed on record. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
