The respondent has filed the above petition to fix an early date for the final disposal of the Appeal in A.S.No.140 of 2011.

2.The petitioner has stated that he is a senior citizen and therefore, the Appeal may be taken early for final disposal.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry shall list the Civil Revision Petition for final hearing on 25.07.2016.

4.The petition is ordered.
