O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the entire records in C.C. No. 8249 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court-III, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts Complex, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. In order to identify, the petitioner and the de-facto complainant have submitted the photo copy of their Identity Cards viz., 1.K.Baktavachalam - 520975669500 (Aadhar Card) and

2. K.Raju - 02/G/0196441 (Family Card) and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified.

A joint memo of the petitioner and the respondent/defacto complainant dated 13.03.2018 to the effect that the respondent/de-facto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 8249 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court-III, Metropolitan Magistrate Court Complex, Saidapet, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
