ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order of the learned Principal District Munsif, Chengam dated 05.02.2019 made in I.A.No.396 of 2011 in O.S.No.142 of 2006.

2. It is seen that the sole petitioner died as early as on 01.01.2021. Though this Court granted time on so many occasions to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to file a petition to restore this Civil Revision Petition by filing a petition to implead themselves as parties to the present petition. 03.02.2023 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order mn
