Crl.M.P.No.6951 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.26307 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 11.09.2015 made in Crl.A.No.51 of 2014 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore confirming the order dated 22.09.2014 made in CC.No.18 of 2013 on the file Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) filed a report stating that the petitioner was arrested on 01.08.2016.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 08.08.2016.
