ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order of this Court on 31.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11288 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
