2. These revision petitions are filed, seeking for a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Udumalpet for speedy disposal of O.S.No.279 of 2019 filed by the first respondent, whereas, O.S.No.278 of
2019 filed by the petitioner against the respondents.
3. It is submitted that in respect of the schedule of property, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.278 of 2019, seeking for a declaration that the sale deed dated 02.08.2017 as null and void, whereas, the first respondent has filed O.S.No.279 of 2019, seeking declaration of title and consequential permanent injunction. Both the matters pertaining to the same property between the same parties. It is submitted that the pleadings are over and the matter is arriving for Trial.
4. Considering the circumstances, the learned Additional District Judge, Udumalpet is directed to dispose of both the suits, if necessary, by clubbing both of them, as expeditious as possible not later than the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
