This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to transfer the same to the file of the 3rd respondent or to any other independent agency to conduct through investigation in Crime No.67 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam in C.C.No.104 of 2016.
