This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.17 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that in this case, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvotriyur, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.469 of 2014 and now pending for trial.
