O R D E R

On 07.09.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent stating that patta has been wrongly given in favour of the fourth respondent, who is none other than his son by including the pathway with respect to survey No.118/11, Navapatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, by marking copies to the respondents 2 and 3. As the said representation is still pending consideration before the first respondent, the petitioner approached this Court with the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 07.09.2015 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and the third parties, if any.
