The prayer sought for in the present petition is to to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime NO. 56 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and to file a Final Report on the basis of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.OP. No.22059 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 14.09.2015.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
