Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in C3/D.O./37/2023 dated 08.05.2023 in detain the detenu under 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a GOONDA and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu Ravi, son of Raja aged about 36 years, who is detained at Central prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble court and set him at liberty.

2. Mr.G.Nirmal Krishnan, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor are before us.
3. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 22.06.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.3352, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department.

4. In the light of the aforementioned undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
