This petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.01.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.1694 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public

Prosecutor submitted that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 30.01.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.1694 of 2023, FIR in Crime No.168 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 & 471 IPC, was registered on 27.06.2023.
