ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation officer, who conducted investigation in Crime No.2 of 2017 has been transferred and hence, the petitioner has no grievance with regard to the present investigation.

2. Hence, no further order is required in the Criminal Original Petition.
