A perusal of the records shows that, challenging the above said order passed in W.P.No.4616 of 2013, the respondent has filed an appeal in W.A.No.231 of 2014 and the Division Bench of this court has granted interim stay and directed to post the above writ appeal along with W.A.No.2885/2012, 2268/2013, 1632/2013, 1620/2013, 2392/2013, 2393/2013 and 2420/2013.

3. Inview of the interim order passed by the Division Bench of this court, this contempt petition is closed.
