By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a Diploma Holder in Computer Science and by an oral order of the 2nd respondent, he entered into service as a daily wage worker in the third respondent office on 2.5.2014. Subsequently, the petitioner's service was terminated with effect from 1.7.2015. In the mean while, the second respondent has appointed 24 persons as Junior Inspector, who were originally engaged as daily wage workers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
like the petitioner. On the basis of the same, the third respondent has recommended the name of the petitioner for appointment as Junior Assistant, but it was not considered by the first respondent. Hence, he made a detailed representation to the first respondent on 19.10.2015. It has not been disposed of so far. Hence the present Writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
