2. It is the contention of the petitioner that salary has not been paid to the petitioners.

3. Considering the fact that the Society itself has become defunct and wound up, any Orders to be passed, has to be passed based on the report of the Registrar of Co-operative Society and let the report of the Registrar come on record.

4. Hence, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies is directed to file a report on or before 09.102023.
