ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner on 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31730 of 2025 and directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m for a period of ten months.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the case is taken as S.C.No.153 of 2026 and that the condition imposed on the similarly placed co-accused has been relaxed by this Court on 23.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.2812 of 2026.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31730 of 2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
